We maintain development budgets & financial proforma. Complete bond and tax credit financing applications and communicate with agencies to get into financing pipeline. We solicit bank financing, review and negotiate term sheets and managage debt and equity closings.

We will advise on optimal JV structure, solicit and negotiate with potential development partners and secure partners for financing guarantees and GP equity. We also solicit GC bids and manage GC selection process to ensure cost effective and robust construction management services.
