I am a real estate developer with a focus on affordable housing and community development. I have experience leading development, originations, underwriting and closing teams. I have closed financing in various roles including lender, seller, and borrower on 55 transactions with a total capitalization of $3.5+ billion to develop or rehabilitate 10,770 units of affordable, supportive, mixed-income and public housing. I am a collaborative partner successful at building relationships with private, non-profit and government partners. I am most concerned with how to shape capital investments in communities to provide critical housing and services, with the goal to reduce inequality, expand opportunity and build climate resilience.
